At NOVA COMBAT, we want you to enjoy every game. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order from novacombat.shop.
For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused and in their original condition, with the original packaging and all included components. For laser tag sets, this includes all blasters, targets, straps, instructions, and any other accessories supplied with your order.
Your order number or proof of purchase is required.
How to Start a Return
Please contact us through the Contact page on our website. Include:
- Your order number.
- The item you wish to return.
- The reason for your return.
- Photos or a short video if the item is damaged or not working correctly.
Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions. Please contact us before sending your order back.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If a blaster, target, or other included component is damaged, missing, incorrect, or not functioning properly, contact us promptly.
We may help you troubleshoot the issue or request photos or a short video to understand the problem. If the product is defective or we sent the wrong item, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover any required return shipping costs.
Sets, Bundles, and Promotional Items
For a full refund of a set or bundle, please return all items included in that purchase, including any promotional gifts.
If only one component has a problem, contact us before returning the entire set so we can determine the best solution.
Items Not Eligible for Change-of-Mind Returns
We cannot accept change-of-mind returns for products that:
- Show signs of gameplay, wear, or damage after delivery.
- Have been modified, disassembled, or repaired without authorization.
- Are missing components or accessories.
Damage caused by misuse, impacts, water exposure, or improper battery installation is not considered a manufacturing defect. These conditions do not limit your rights under applicable law.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item due to a change of mind. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Please pack all components securely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us through our website.
Exchanges
If you would like a different set or bundle, please contact us to arrange a return. You may then place a new order for your preferred option, subject to availability.
