NOVA COMBAT sells infrared laser tag sets and related accessories.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. Please review the selected product and bundle carefully before purchasing, including the number of blasters, targets, and accessories included.

Batteries and additional accessories are included only when expressly stated in the product listing.

4. Orders and Payments

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information and to use an authorized payment method.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may need to cancel an order because of unavailable stock, payment failure, suspected fraud, or a material listing error. If this occurs, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the canceled items.

If we discover a pricing error after you order, we will contact you before proceeding at a different price.

5. Pricing and Promotions

The applicable currency, product prices, shipping charges, and taxes collected by us are displayed at checkout.

If the product is not defective and the correct item was delivered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If the product is defective, arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item, NOVA COMBAT will cover any required return shipping costs.

Please contact us before returning a product so we can provide instructions and the correct return address.

8. Product Use and Safety

Our laser tag products are intended for recreational use. Follow all instructions, age recommendations, battery requirements, and safety warnings provided with the product.

Adult supervision should be provided where recommended. Do not modify products or use them in a manner inconsistent with their instructions.

Damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper battery installation, or failure to follow care instructions may not qualify for a defect-related refund or replacement. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Website content, including NOVA COMBAT branding, text, images, graphics, and designs, is owned by us or used with permission.

You may access this content for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit it without authorization, except as permitted by law.
